HARTWINN GROUP

A collective of healthcare and management companies united by purpose and integrity.

WHO ARE WE?

In late 2023, two leaders envisioned what healthcare could be and got to work. Founders John D. Winnett, MMHC, MBA, 340B ACE, and Kevin Hartman, PharmD, set out to build something different: a network of healthcare and management companies driven not by profit margins but by people.

In 2025, the HARTWINN GROUP (HWG) was born. What began as a single pharmacy serving just a handful of states has exploded into a nationwide force across healthcare, management, and advocacy. Today, HWG is home to multiple powerhouse organizations united under one banner. Together, the companies serve over 25,000 patients and multiple nonprofits across all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico.

HARTWINN

OUR LOGO

The HARTWINN GROUP logo is more than a symbol; it is a foundational story of partnership, innovation, and a bold new direction for the communities we serve. It encapsulates our origin, our values, and our unwavering commitment to the future.

Our logo is a dynamic, interlinked composition that represents the union of our founders and the transformative journey we have undertaken. Each element is meticulously crafted to convey meaning, power, and purpose, moving us from tradition to a new vision.

Our Founders

The foundational structure of the logo is formed by the stylized 'H and 'W', representing our co-founders, Kevin Hartmann and John D. Winnett. These letters are not separate but interconnected, symbolizing their shared commitment to collaboration and the strong, unified foundation upon which the HARTWINN GROUP is built.

BLUE: Tradition and Integrity in Healthcare

The solid, trustworthy blue signifies our deep-rooted expertise in traditional healthcare systems. It reflects our commitment to stability, reliability, and the foundational integrity that is essential for sustainable progress in the sector.

FUCHSIA PINK: Boldness, Power, and New Vision

The vibrant, high-energy fuchsia pink marks our transition into a new era. This color symbolizes boldness, power, and the creative spirit needed to challenge current norms and introduce a new vision that is equitable, accessible, and forward-looking.

Forward Progress and Future-Proofing

Signified by the stylized, pink arrow-like shape in the 'W' pointing dramatically forward and up, this section captures our bold, action-oriented drive. It underscores our commitment to a forward-looking ethos of creativity, adaptation, and pioneering solutions that anticipate future needs rather than just reacting. We are 'always innovative and forward-thinking.'
